Let's get to know Susan, our Guest Designer for July!

My name is Susan Zennario and I live in a small town just outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey. I am blessed to have the beach in my backyard and spend at least one day each weekend in the summer with my toes buried in the sand!

I am a single mom to two boys, ages 20 and 13 and one girl age 12, who are the topics of most of my scrapbook layouts. I am a widow, losing my husband unexpectedly 7 year ago. I have a good man in my life who I have been with for five years now. He supports my scrapping obsession...not that he has a choice.

I work full time at a college as a secretary. When I am not scrapping, you can usually find me at whatever sports activity my kids are doing at the time. Currently they participate in baseball (2 teams), softball, cross country, track and most recently, my daughter has started Crew. It keeps me busy and on the go but even though I may complain, I love watching my kids work hard to excel in their sports.

We strive to take a vacation at least once a year so between that and living at the beach, I often have a tropical feel to my layouts!

I am strictly a paper scrapper, with the occasional hybrid element. I love layering, creating my own embellishments and learning new techniques and in the past 6 months I have become a regular blogger, both posting and following others!!

Chi Chi Memories was found by Natalie in 2008. She started off the business by selling digital prints such as note cards and stickers. Early this year, Natalie was introduced to the scrapbooking world and immediately fell in love with it. She has decided to design cute stamps so everyone else can use them on their scrapbooking projects. She is new to the digital stamp design and is having so much fun creating kawaii images!
