Happy New Year's Eve! Here is the next Sketchy Thursdays sketch challenge to bring you into 2010! Possibly your first layout for the new year, let's make it a great one!
Here is what the DT made for you to get the creativity flowing.

Myers Imports is the the exclusive importer for a number of small family run companies in Europe. Our specialties range from hand-crafted vintage glass glitter, to detailed paper arts and hand crafted miniatures for scrapbooking, cards and indie crafts. The companies we represent are all small family run and have been in business for since before WWII. We seek out product that is not mass produced and where the "old" hand made way of creating the highest quality product is still regarded as the only way to do it.
And take a look at this yummy prize! I know Heidi wishes she could win this one! Heidi is a HUGE fan of the glitz! :)

Hook up your entry to the Mr. Linky in the left sidebar for a chance to win the prize from Meyer Imports. We'll need to see your entry before 10 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, January 6. Can't wait to see what you create!
Oh, and a few other notes. One, want to say a HUGGGGGEEEEEE thank you to Julie. This woman is amazing and has talent coming out the ying yang. She was a joy to work with and we truly loved her enthusiasm for our little corner of the blogging world. THANKS, JULIE!!!
And, a note about the sketches. We get a few questions from time to time about the layout of the sketch or the rules that may be set up to go with the sketch. When I started making these sketches it was because I couldn't wrap my own head around the ones that had measurements in them. You know, where they tell you what size picture to use and it's more like a grid. Those are great for some people, but my brain just couldn't grasp them. I started this for those that need a jumping off point but the final product may end up looking way off. WE LOVE THAT!!! Share it with us anyway!!! We love that you play along, we love that you share with us!!
Thanks again to everyone who plays! Heidi and I have loved meeting all of you!
-Diana
P.S. Don't forget you have until tonight (12/31) to link up your Second Chance Challenge creation for a chance to win the {ippity} stamp set. Check out those details here!!
