Tonia, that is so funny! My preschooler actually called his father Miss Daddy last week he is so conditioned! :)
LOL! I've got a preschooler and a Kindergartener so I'm so used to calling people Miss and Mr First Name.

we called our dance instructors "miss so-and-so" - honestly, i wanted to call mine "miss SOMETHING NASTY" because she was horrible. LOL. wouldn't have gotten away with that though, would i? not at 14 years old!
